We have 9 rooms, all en-suite, with TV and tea making facilities.
We have twin and double bedded rooms or “small family” rooms with a double plus a single bed. Our “large family room” consists of 2 connected rooms, one with one double bed and one with two, plus a bathroom.

£40 per night for single occupancy
£55 per night for double occupancy
£70 per night for triple occupancy |

A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00, 1 day before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a
no-show, the first night will be charged. |
